 Led project planning and monitoring, handling with primavera P6 & excel.
 Establish the work breakdown structure (WBS), and the required resources and cost allocation for each element of the WBS.
 Developed, monitored, and updated the project schedule. Prepared the project reports (status, progress, earned value, and forecast) to enhance performance of the project.
 Submit the required reports (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Biannual Reports)
 Analysed the project KPI to ensure compliance with approved schedules, budgets and quality criteria.
 Maintain the current and baseline schedule, analyse the effect of the proposed changes and maintain the baseline changes. 
 Coordinate with project departments to prepare and follow with the procurement, and other office documents at time manner.
 Prepare the issue logs to do solve issues to avoid it in future. And identify the risks to mitigate or eliminate them.
 Led change and achieved the company strategic goals, and visions to keep clear track for developing and plan the future.
