Teach to Inspire and Motivate

I am currently working as a Primary Years Programme at Digital Private School in Muscat, Oman. In this position I am responsible to educate the young learners in 3 different subjects; English, Maths and Science. Moreover, Unit of Inquiry.As an IB, PYP Teacher, I am to always implement the necessary components in order for my students to have a successful transdisciplinary education. As I have a greater understanding of how to work with the components and how they are important to PYP. I strongly believe in modelling the ATL's and reflecting on the skills I am teaching, carving out times during each unit for the students to explicitly learning about the ATL's then reflect on their personal growth. As an educator, I always reflect on my classroom environment in order to encourage agency, play and creativity. This creates a flexible and harmonic environment where students are able to adapt, overcome and conquer their dilemmas.

I have completed my Bachelors at Dimitrie Cantemir University, in Bucharest - Romania and Masters at Technical University of Cluj Napoca - Romania My field of study has been LANGUAGE AND LITERATURE, for the Bachelors, and ENGLISH LITERATURE FOR CHILDREN AND TEENAGERS. In addition, I hold a PSYCHO-PEDAGOGICAL DEGREE from TUCN.
