 Hi, I am Atiqa Raheel, a certified experienced Biology teacher in Oman, currently working in an International School, teaching grade 9 and 10 (IGCSE). I am from Pakistan and a permanent resident in Oman since 2011. with a resourceful and an innovative professional, I utilize and model organizational skills, expert in Lesson planning, IT proficient relevant to the needs, Knowledgeable about diverse learning styles, Create and maintain comfortable learning environment, Foster a Question-friendly atmosphere, Use varied teaching strategies including jigsaw classroom method, Implement lab-based/practical science lessons and Skilled in delivering online lecture(e-learning)

In my past and recent work experiences, I worked hard to hone my recordkeeping, documentation and data collection skills. I am focused and attentive to detail when addressing high-volume task loads to meet deadlines. I am inspired by making positive impact by applying corporate communications skills and my problem-solving abilities allow me to address challenges to achieve results.

My experiences have served me well in developing my collaboration and decision-making skills. I am a qualified Biology teacher holding the required degrees including Master of Science and Bachelor of Education with 6 years of teaching experience in Oman. I taught Science to grade 7 and 8 at As’safwah private School, Biology to grade 9 to 12 at Al Hikma Private School and Chemistry to grade 9 to 11 at Al Hikma Private School. Currently I am working at a position of Biology teacher at Modern International School in Oman. I am skilled in handling any apparatus and lab instruments or chemicals responsibly in order to organize practical labs. I work well to use clear and concise communication to interact professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
