Duties and Responsibilities.
Preparing monthly, quarterly and
annual financial statements.
Preparing all required schedules and
analysis for monthly close as well as
monthly balance sheet, p & l, and cash
flow statements.
Manage all accounting transactions.
Preparing and distributing to CEO daily,
monthly, quarterly and annual sales
reports..
Reconcile accounts payable and
receivable.
Ensure timely bank payments.
Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
Manage balance sheets and profit/loss
statements.
Report on the company’s financial
health and liquidity.
Audit financial transactions and
documents.
Reinforce financial data confidentiality
and conduct database backups when
necessary.
Comply with financial policies and
regulations.
Effectively communicating and
partnering with it and the sales team to
resolve sales reporting system's
inherent weaknesses and transition
manual sales reports into a data
warehouse.
Responsible for all cash disbursements,
journal entries, bank reconciliations..
