• Hiring the manpower and the equipment as per the work requirements
• Quantity estimation, technical evaluation and preparation of tenders
• Set-up and survey of site and Initiation and Mobilization of the resources
• Preparation of payment invoices & payments from sub-contractors
• Preparation of Progress and Site Reports on daily and weekly basis
• Raising of MIR & WIR as per the work executed on-site and passing of the work
• Execution of Shop-Drawings as per the Method Statement
• Coordination with clients, consultants and the senior management 
• Oversee site excavation and monitor concreting activities of Deep and Shallow utilities and Building foundations
• Ensuring safety standards at site
• Ensuring project progress as per planned timeline.
• Submitting Permits & documents for approvals from the authorities
• Development of organizational policies for administrative oversight and internal controls.
