I earned a position of Operation and Maintenance officer (acting as a Facility and Maintenance Manager) at Muscat Grand Mall. I've worked in the retail industry for 10 years and 9 months. Over my career I have built a wide range of skills that would meet and exceed the role objectives. I have honed my technical knowledge, management skills, and cost-cutting abilities. I am a capable and consistent problem solver who excels at project prioritization, equipment maintenance, facility management and mall operation.

In my current role, I’m leading and responsible for overall technical operations and maintenance of the mall, I have a management skills in handling operation of a project, property and manpower, scheduling and prioritizing workload, acquiring services from third party vendors, maintaining operations budgets and knowledge in building equipment’s and specification

Experienced Operations and Maintenance officer (acting as facility and maintenance manager) with a degree in electrical engineering and 16 years of expertise in building system, equipment control and maintenance, including chillers, HVAC machineries, and other related building systems, as well as             10 years in mall operations with 218 retail shops & 379 condominium units, leading the overall technical operation and maintenance of the mixed-used property with 45,000 average visitor each day.

In my current role as Operation and maintenance officer at Muscat Grand Mall, I have successfully demonstrated my management skills in handling operations projects, property management and manpower control, scheduling and prioritizing workload, acquiring services from third party vendors, maintaining operations budgets and demonstrating extensive knowledge in building equipment's and specifications.
