I have a bachelor's degree (Hons) in Human resource management from the University of Stirling Scotland, UK. Currently, I have gained experience as an Administrative employee, Research Assistant and content coordinator. However, I also have experience working with a start-up company, where the environment can be very turbulent. This helped me develop a skill to survive and learn to thrive even in a dynamic environment.

In my fourth year,I conducted my thesis/ dissertation on the topic “ Critical Success Factors of Talent Management and its Impact on Employee Engagement”. Consequently, I won the best research for the same.
