Eleni Kokkinou

I am an early years educator with more than 10 years of experience, specialized in project - based approaches.

I have been educated in the UK, holding a BA, MEd and PGCE in International Education. I am an EU citizen, fluent in English, living in Oman for the last 12 years with family.

I was always interested in working with young learners. I got my first job in the field as a nursery assistant while studying for my first degree. Since then, it has been almost 18 years of experience in education and in various positions [as a nursery teacher, English language teacher, consultant, educational coordinator, counsellor for children with special rights and for the last 3 years as part of the leadership team responsible for managing an early years center, implementing the Reggio Emilia approach (project-based) while following the EYFS framework] and well as environments (UK, Greece, Jordan, Oman). Even during the years I was off work to raise up my children, I was actively involved as a volunteer, in their school, supporting activities and events.
