• Managing and achieving parts sales target according to plan and developing sales volumes in the designated area
• Visit all the assigned wholesale customers including local dealers & trading houses on regular basis
• Determine replacement parts required, according to inspections of old parts, customer requests, or   customers' descriptions of malfunctions
• Ensures parts availability for regular service facility based on quotations on mechanical and body parts
• Suggesting additional related parts to improve sales and tap new and potential customers
• Analyze and resolve discrepancies between computer inventory and parts on hand
• Weekly visit to fleet & institutional customers
• Review the quotations submitted to customers to ensure that they meet the customer requirements
• Review the current stock classification and set the solution for slow moving items
• Ensure successful follow-up on campaign & special offers orders
• Design various merchandising strategies and monitor inventory of all physical parts and oversee all return processes for parts
• Maintain all warranty claims and assist in all changes and coordinate with vendors for all shipping delays to ensure compliance to time
• Collect & compile last sales report on regular basis and submit a monthly summary report to Senior Manager
• Monitor every month that the perpetual inventory, face-in and face-out operations done

• Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical with 8.33 CGPA in 2013 from Global Institute of Engineering and Technology
• 12th standard with aggregate 75% in 2009 from Voorhees Higher Secondary School
• 10th standard with aggregate 89% in 2007 from St. Johns Matriculation School
