As an applicant for the position of General Manager/Factory Manager/Operations Manager/Project Manager in the structural steel fabrication industry, I would like to introduce myself. As team leader of the current organization, we have fabricated and delivered approximately 20000MT of structural steel to various sectors, including oil and gas, refineries, and commercial buildings. For all these years, we have maintained a 90% customer satisfaction rate in terms of quality and delivery of structural steel projects.

The position I currently hold as Factory Manager and Management Representative in one of the leading fabrication companies in the Sultanate of Oman involves managing an organization with 140 employees. The marketing, tendering, estimation, contracts management, and project management activities include planning, organizing, quality assurance/quality control submissions/requirements, project deliverables, technical clarifications, procurement, cost control, project execution, and after sales support. Aside from that, I coordinated external/internal audits and factory administration. It was my top priority to ensure that the factory ran smoothly, that quality and delivery met client expectations, and that all issues were dealt with promptly.

Practical experience and an understanding of technical concepts make me well qualified. My practical knowledge and experience dealing directly with employees makes me ideal for employee management. PBG/ABG/Professional Indemnity/LC/LD, and other commercial aspects are among my areas of experience. While my education, technical knowledge, and previous work experience are strong, my ability to empathize and communicate with others is what distinguishes me unique.
