K Sidath Kumara

Intending to share my knowledge and working experience (Accounts, Human Resource Management, Administration and Taxation) with a suitable placement in a grass root level entity and contribute for their sustainable growth and development.

I have worked in several companies belongs to different industries. Most of those companies’ management styles were different to each other as per the nature of the ownership, owners educational background (academic/professional), Business industry, sources of business financing. 

As an accountant and a member of the management team, I had to closely deal with higher level management at the most of business decisions related with Financing, Administration, HR, Marketing and Business Expansions.

I have experienced that, how those decisions really worked in the actual business environment and why those management styles/decisions failed or succeeded.

As per the hands-on experience during the last thirteen years, I have well experienced about Financial Accounting, Taxation, Administration and Human Resource Management.

I have obtained Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) Special Degree in the year of 2010 from University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka (2006-2010) with a second lower class.

 I have partly completed my Chartered Accountancy Qualification (up to Final level-I) which was awarded by The Institute of Charted Accountants in Sri Lanka (ICASL).

I’m a member of Association of Accounting Technicians of Sri Lanka (AAT) - Membership No. LM-5700.

I’m reading for “Professional Level Exam” which is conduct by Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
