Manager/Principal Pipeline Engineer under Centre of Excellence (CoE) for OQ, acting as the first point of contact in Projects for all Pipeline engineering support requests from other OQ BL's through. Establish job profiles defining accountabilities, competence and experience profile, resource planning needed for each position, Evaluating alternative Organization and job options. At present, I lead the Engineering Consultants and Construction Contractors related to specific disciplines. Liaise with various Department Managers, leads and operators to ensure the smooth functioning of the project cycle. Assist the team for all site queries and provide proper mitigations for construction and commissioning issues. Responsible for the preparation and review of various Company Standards and Procedures within the Company.

Experienced in Revamp and Replacement of Plant Piping & Pipeline network for Gas processing plants and pipeline terminals with-in minimum possible shut down and without loss of Production. Engineering & Procurement envisaging the changeover requirements while maintaining the flow in Pipeline/Piping. Excellent in Interface management with responsibility for attaining the NOC/clearance from different authorities in pipeline route. Tactfully resolved interface issues with different third parties Authorities.

Involve in bidding Proposals and Estimations, Planning and Scheduling, Monitoring and Control, Procurement and Novated Procurements. Deft in coordinating with clients, consultants, other contractors, subcontractors, service providers, internal teams achieving all project milestones & deadlines. Adept in leading, motivating and monitoring multinational teams and supervising large multi-ethnic workforces eliciting superior performances.

Support Operations & O&M team with FCP’s and during emergencies with proper solutions and mitigations. Suggest on site modifications with suitable alternatives. Generate construction drawings for fabrication along with proper calculations and other studies.

Review, approve and provide inputs on project specifications like plant layout specification, valve material specification, valve specification, support specification for Piping and Mechanical Designs.
