● Drop Test of motorized operated Fire dampers and Smoke dampers and same witnessed by fire consultant and Engineer team.
● Commissioning of Axial flow fans and propeller fans.
● Commissioning of Air distribution system.
● Commissioning of Fan coil unit. 
● Commissioning of Toilet ventilation systems
● Programming and calibration of VAV units
● Coordinating all other services and resolves all constraints & dependencies.
● Preparation of all kind of testing commissioning reports.
● Preparation of ITR to Consultants, attending and getting approvals for the same.
● Maintaining Operation Log for all Equipment’s.
● Executing all kind of Maintenance activities as per planned schedule. 
● Preparing of PPM check sheets for all HVAC equipment’s.
● Uploading and tracking of all documents through Aconex.
● Scheduling the activities to achieve 100 % completion of PPM activities for each month.
● Preparation of SAT (Site Acceptance Test) documents for all kind of systems.
● Attending the Commissioning & SAT Inspections along with Engineer and getting approvals for the same.  
● Attending the CEM test along with engineer and fire consultants for demonstrating of failure and activation of life safety equipment’s in Testing HVAC system.
● Commissioning of Stairwell Pressurization system and Lift well pressurization systems as per NFPA standard and the same witnessed by Fire consultants and engineers for Building certification.
