• Testing & Inspection of oil and gas Refinery, petrochemical and chemical industries related QMI Instrumentation by following Safety precautions & work permit system.
• Involved in day to day corrective, preventive and shutdown maintenance of Process Related QMI instrument, individually and ensure that all maintenance works are carried out as per standard maintenance procedure.
• Carried out new QMI Instrument configuration, calibration, installation and commissioning.
• Have a good experience of on line/Off line Instrument Calibration, Configuration, Loop checking, Troubleshooting, Commissioning and Start up activities of Smart and Field Bus Process Control Instruments of DCS/PLC & ESD.
• Planning scheduled jobs on day-to-day basis, preparing test reports and maintaining calibration records of all assignment.
• Worked on AMADAS system for Analyser validation & Data Acquisition.
• Worked on Siemens GCP (Gas chromatography portal) Ezchrom software
• PROJECT EXPERIENCE:
  • Erection & commissioning of field analyzers & analyzer shelter, Metering Skid, Fire & Gas detection systems, Control valve & specified service of FOUNDATION FIELD BUS in Reliance Jamnagar (JERP) Jamnagar Export Refinery project.
  • To Perform SAT as per Procedure.
  • Excellent reding knowledge of hookup drawing,P/ID
  • Quality Inspection of marshaling cabinet, I/O Cabinet and controlling panel DCS and PLC, cable lying, dressing, cable glanding, termination, tray installation, instrument installation & Calibration as per GA drawing & data sheet.
  • Loop checking from field to DCS and troubleshooting loop problem.
  • Installation, Commissioning and Start-up of Oil & Gas analyzer & Metering systems, F&G Detectors.
  • Cause & Effect Chart for Fire Gas Detection system and Analyzer Safeguarding System in Analyzer House

• Operations and Maintenance of Oil & Gas Metering Instruments like Flow Computers, Flow Meters (USM, Turbine, Orifice & Mass), Density Meter, Delta V System Water in Oil Meter (BS&W), Automatic Flow Proportional sampling system, Field Transmitters, Viscosity Meter, RTD, Motor Operated Valve (MOV), Prover (Master Meter & Compact Prover) etc.

• Calibration and Configuration using different smart Transmitter’s Communicators and Configurators: - HART,
