Mark Jetro Cabug-os

My name is Mark Jetro Cabug-os, 26 yrs old. I worked at novare technologies for almost 3 yrs. I've been a Solution engineer for more than 1 year. Then I'm moved to another project and recommended to become a Senior solution engineer.

Senior solution engineer with 2 years of experience of being L1(Service Desk Analyst) and L2(System Administrator) offering outstanding support to users of various levels. Provide communication support, Ticket system, Monitor the application program, performance of APIs and microservices, and troubleshoot over the tools. Ensure that agreed levels of service quality are maintained, Minimize the adverse impact on business operations, and restore normal service operations as quickly as possible.

I graduated from the Technological Institute of the Philippines with my Bachelor of Science,  in computer engineer last  2019.
