Having 13 years gulf experience in oil and gas refinery for position of maintenance planning Engineer 

JOB: Develop a preliminary scope based on history and input from operations, operations engineering, inspection and area maintenance. Coordinate with the concerned are planner the shutdown items under the proper maintenance work order type like PM01,PM04 and PM05.create internal order, input budget and forward to operations for issuance of notification, then open T&I order. Ensure that T&I contractor, equipment or manpower resources are organized and mobilized prior to the T&I. Provide support manpower during unit startup.intiate discretionary T&I extension request on anticipated T&I delay as per SAEP-20 paragraph 5.8.1. Review the blinding list thoroughly and                                                                                                 ensure that all required blinds are included and the unneeded ones are excluded and obtain the area OME approval for any alteration to the blinding list. Request all T&I requirement and shutdown activities lists from operation foreman, inspection and the related maintenance units. Prepare Daily weekly monthly half & annual report through primavera p6. Assign base line project, critical path, level resourcing, total float level and reporting to manager etc.
