I have graduated from the Royal University of Dhaka (RUD) with BSc. in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE). I have been working for almost 11 years of experience (which comprises of 3 Months in Yanabiya Group, 9 years in Biman Flight Catering Center (BFCC) and 2 years in Lal Teer Seed Limited.) in the field of Information Technology in the area of Oracle Database, Oracle front and back end developer, Windows Server 2008/20016, Hardware Servicing & Repairing, MikroTik, Cisco Routers and Switches, Windows 2010/2007/XP, Windows NT 4.0 based Networks & modern Internet Technology. Fast learner, self-motivated, applying methods and technical updates in my day-to-day work with a high degree of attention and commitment to work. I am confident in my valued service as a solution-focused manager of Providing Support of Servers, Storage Devices, Backup devices, Desktop Computer, Laptops, Printers, Scanner, Online UPS, Router, Switch, and other related IT equipment. I Provide End-user support for daily IT-related activities, training to the End-users for ensuring IT-related awareness. I also provide application-level support for Desktop Management and technology support projects and I am adept at the maintenance, upgrade, and improvement of multiple systems. I believe and confident that my training and practical experience will help me significantly contribute to obtaining the productivity and quality of your Organization’s IT section.
