General and technical site supervision of civil works at school building and villas, including foundation, control building and associated works.
Plan and execute civil works construction in coordination with civil contractors.
Monitor progress of civil contractors as per the schedule agreed.
Assist in the recording and testing of work man ship and materials, i.e., brick work, concrete, BBS etc.

Assist in the monitoring all interior works, i.e., wardrobes ,tiling, granite and Italian marble laying, modular kitchen work
Assist project manager in verifying the work done by the contractor and certifying the interim payments.
Work on engineering designs preparing reports, construction drawings, specifications, calculations, equipment selection for various project.
