I am serving my services as a Network Engineer in which including Managing and Troubleshooting communication network. Skilled in delivering technical support, managed network operations and enterprise-wide area networks across multi- platform and high uptime Data Center environments.
Responsibilities:
➢ Administering & designing LANs, WANs internet/intranet, and voice networks.
➢ Communicating and negotiating with customers, specialists, other staff and suppliers.
➢ Responsible for communication protocols, configuration, integration & security. Investigating, diagnosing and resolve all kind of network issues.
➢ Monitor bandwidth and network activity by analyzing information using PRTG to ensure both efficient and effective network operation.
➢ Very strong knowledge in TCP/IP networking including Routing, Switching, IP addressing, Sub-netting, VLANs, Firewalling, port forwarding, DNS, Security, IPsec, GRE Tunneling, Remote access and Site-to-Site VPN setup and troubleshooting.
➢ Very good expertise to setup all Ubiquity devices, Mikrotik routers, Fortinet configuration, network designs and network deployments using new products and features, troubleshooting of network devices and system includes switches, firewalls, router, server, storage etc.
➢ Configuring and installing client and server network software for upgrading and maintaining network and telecommunication systems.
➢ Maintaining multi-site network operations and software applications, operating systems and regular maintenance with both private and public facilities.
➢ Responding to inquiries from staff, customers, service providers, site personnel and outside vendors etc. to provide technical assistance and support.
➢ Knowledge of Fortinet Firewall implementation and support.
➢ Troubleshooting of network hardware and software applications, 3CX, VOIP phones, Hikvision, Unifi Protect and all type of IP Camera server’s configuration, implementation and installation.

➢ Satellite Antenna installation and commissioning.
➢ Satellite Modem configuration and installation. (IDirect Series, Comtech, Sky edge etc.)
