With almost 16 years of experience in the primary school teaching environment, I have escalated in my seniority and developed my ability to motivate and educate students. I have consistently been recognized for my work in enhancing pupils' educational and personal development, both as a teaching assistant and as a qualified teacher. Constantly finding ways to teach in an innovative and novel manner, I aim to inspire students on a daily basis.

I'm a QTS certified teaching resource, currently working as a Grade 5 Classroom Teacher at A'Soud Global School, Duqm, Oman with more than 16 years of experience teaching the British National Curriculum and the Cambridge curriculum. I have predominantly been a Primary Teacher but I have also had a stint at teaching Secondary classes.

With 16 years of experience in the primary school teaching environment, I have escalated in my seniority and developed my ability to motivate and educate students. I have consistently been recognized for my work in enhancing pupils' educational and personal development, both as a qualified teacher and a Subject Lead.

I have been working as a Grade 5 teacher as well as an upper Key Stage 2 Lead Teacher focusing on core and some non-core subjects. I have dealt with regularly familiarising myself with the syllabus materials to ensure that teaching is thorough and personal standards of teaching are of a high quality. I have also contributed in preparing the curriculum and lesson plans as well as the teaching materials for class instructions and activities. As a Subject Lead and producing learning resources/lesson plans to distribute to all teachers I have also been the first point of contact for queries regarding the curriculum. I conduct half termly teacher observations within the KS2 learning division, providing feedback and necessary interventions to improve their teaching. I have derived immense satisfaction in training and mentoring teachers who are working towards their QTS or PGCE, especially focusing on the foundation subjects which I have a passion for. Not only was my focus on their achievements for their QTS/ PGCE but also their well being so they could flourish and succeed with the least struggle and stress as possible.

I was appointed as the school's SEN Lead at Al-Khair, London, where I have worked constructively alongside students with learning difficulties to overcome their personal educational barriers. I have carried out my task of ensuring all the teachers in the setting understood their responsibilities to children with the SEN and the setting's approach to identifying and meeting SEN. As the school SEN Lead, I have also advised and supported colleagues where they were able to carry out their daily challenges teaching students with learning difficulties. This role also required me to liaise with professional agencies beyond the setting as well as speak to and deal with other parties related to a child with SEN as well as ensure parents were closely involved throughout.
