Nazim Uddin

I am a Civil Engineer with 10 years of experience specializing in construction of residential villas & multi-storey commercial buildings and have successfully completed several projects in Oman, from excavation to handover.

Since September 2012 I have been working as a Project Engineer for Mazaya Al Hail Trading & Contracting LLC. Till date I have successfully completed the construction of several villas & multi-storey commercial buildings. The experience helped me develop my skills & broaden my knowledge in the Construction field.  
 

Key Responsibilities
• Estimation of materials & determining overall cost of project
• Project planning & scheduling to ensure timely handover
• Managing & supervising daily site activities
• Coordinating with clients, consultants & other subcontractors
• Procurement of materials & keeping track of material requirements
• Managing workers
• Keeping records of all project expenditures & work progress
• Ensuring quality of works is maintained

I graduated with a First Class BSc (Hons) degree in Environmental Civil Engineering from Glasgow Caledonian University (Scotland, UK) in 2012.
