I am a Fire Protection Engineering professional with 10+ years of solid experience managing all level of large-scale projects, which includes Residential & Commercial buildings, Malls, Five Star Hotels, Industrial Plants. 

1. Working as a Project Engineer, the responsibilities I had” 

• Examines the construction site Drawings and building plans for starting the project in accordance with fire protection standards and preparing the proper work schedule and submittal for client approval.

• Attending all project site meetings with the client, consultants, and main contractors to discuss all aspects of project operation and coordination. Providing technical advice to the execution team, supervising the team, and maintaining the project's status backup in the event of a resource (or) project delay.

• Co-ordinating with Store and procurement for material arrangement for various project and preparing the project report and status.

• Co-coordinating and managing the execution team with design team to meet or exceed profitability and quality performance targets.

• Ensuring the complete and accurate record keeping of all work performed by the Protection site team and Coordinating with Design team (for Project Related Documents preparation for execute the work and as built drawing preparation) and ensure the proper completion of Invoicing.
