Parham Fathi Hafshejani

My name is Parham. I’m originally from Isfahan, Iran, and I’m 33 years old. I have over a decade of hands-on experience working as a GIS Manager, where I’ve been deeply involved in spatial analysis, urban data management, and decision-support systems. GIS is not just my job—it’s my bread and butter, and over the years I’ve learned how to hit the ground running in challenging projects.

At this stage of my career, I’m keen to find a relevant and meaningful position in Oman where I can put my skills to good use, add real value to an organization, and grow professionally. I’m open to new challenges and believe that with my background and experience, I can be a strong asset to the right team.

I have over ten years of professional experience as a GIS Manager, specializing in spatial data analysis, urban planning support, and geospatial decision-making. I have managed GIS projects from planning to implementation, worked closely with multidisciplinary teams, and delivered data-driven solutions to support organizational goals.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, where I developed a strong foundation in spatial planning, land-use analysis, and urban development principles. My academic background closely aligns with my professional work in GIS and supports data-driven planning and decision-making.
