Rafik Massoudi

Rafik Massoudi is currently a lecturer of English and the coordinator of Diploma course at the English Department, University of Technology and Applied Sciences, Ibri branch, Oman. Previously, he has worked for the Arab Open University for several years as a lecturer of English language and literature as well as course coordinator. During his employment period at the AOU, he has been active as a member of research committee, website committee, conference steering committee, student activities, professional development and recruitment. 
Rafik also attended several pedagogic trainings in Tunisia and Oman and has a rich & long experience in teaching English as a foreign language, English literature and Business English. 
In addition, Rafik participated in many international conferences and workshops and published some articles revolving around the research areas of cultural studies, postcolonialism and identity.
His soft skills include good communication skills, teamwork, adaptability, time management, leadership and emotional intelligence.
Rafik got his B.A. as well as his M.A. (English language and literature) from the High Institute of Languages in Tunis (ISLT). Now, he is pursuing his PhD studies at Manouba University, Tunisia. Furthermore, he writes poetry in English and some of his poems were published in anthologies.
