• Preparation of MEP Shop drawings.
• Preparation of MEP As-built drawings.
• Preparation of MEP services drawings.
•  Preparation of Electrical drawings for Lighting, power, and ELV system.
•  Taking out Quantities from MEP drawings.
• Preparing drawings with fire alarm and firefighting layout as well as detail for fire panels.
• Cross-sectional Drawings of Equipment/cable Trenches etc.
• Preparation of MEP builder's work & composite drawings.
• Knowledge of air conditioning Design, Duct sizing from airflow, the bottom of the duct as per site condition, and detailed pipe layout.
• Coordinate the ductwork with others trades i.e. structural, piping, and electrical & interior design.
• Maintains and updates electronic and manual records of the company.
• Preparing and submitting all work Inspection test reports (WIRs).
• Review and analyze all MEP drawing Materials, Schedules/programs of work, etc.
• Prepared weekly and monthly reports & reported with the project manager.
•  Material/work inspection to inspect with a consultant.
• Day-to-day monitoring work and planning entire work.
•  Monitoring of work as per specification, local & international standard codes.
• Identification of subcontractor and supplier & collecting questions & close coordination with sub-contractor
• Attending authority inspection as per the project schedule. Attending all testing and commissioning of MEP services
•  Coordinating all electro-mechanical activities with various terms on site.
• Review the shop drawing construction details, product data, material samples, inspection plans, and method statement and delivery schedules to conform compliance with the requirement of projects.
•  Ensure the civil obstruction has been cleared to the MEP contractor with MEP activities.
• Engage with authority at beginning of the project to ensure that all temporary utilities (power and water) are provided on time and do the same with closing out of the project to ensure disconnection of utility services.
• Coordinating between MEP and civil drawings at the site. coordination and attending meetings with subcontractors & consultants, clients, and suppliers.
• To develop plans, drawings, and blueprints for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
• To troubleshoot problems with the system after they have been put into use.
•  To commission the MEP systems after they have been installed.
• To prepare BOQ and cost estimate for MEP system projects.
