- Attending efficiently in and out telephone inquiries

-Checking arrivals of the day, allocations room preferences/ request, profile notes, ensuring all information to be deliver in PMS

-Welcoming, Checking in, ensuring correct details of the guest. Informing all the facility/ timings of the property

-Following up, traces and alert (information needs to be pass to other department or to be deliver as request)

-Courtesy Call after guest check in, reassuring guest satisfaction  

-Departures to be check, ensuring all payments, billing routing/ address are complete. 

-Attending Checking-out guest, gathering feedback/ experience of their stay. Putting updated profile notes, satisfied guest are requested to give review.

-Cashiering closing, accounting all the transaction in the shift, ensured all are precise.
