Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training,
grievances, and performance evaluations.
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.
Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
short listing the resumes,arrangement of interviews
Implantation of policies, procedures & grading structure
Coordination with central recruitment dept on hiring new staff
Bonus Distribution with coordination with Corporate HR & Area GM
Transfer of staff internally
Evaluation of staff in coordination with Admin department & Corporate HR
Evaluation of new staff before completion of probation period, in coordination with Dept manager
Conducting exit interviews
Coordination with Sites and Projects on employees annual leaves schedules and its approvals
leave application and final approval from Administration Manager
Issue and record resignation and termination memos for staff after Administration Manager approval
Coordinate with Labour Administrator on Accommodation Allocation of Staff
Preparing Warning Letters to all employees as when required
Monitor final settlement for resignation & termination for all employees and monitor the clearance from
all departments.
Salary settlements related to salary disputes of employees for final checking and approval
Report any absconders or employees who do not return from vacation to PRO.
Prepare the offer letter
Monitor daily attendance.
Investigate and understand causes for staff absences
Provide advice and assistance to supervisors on staff recruitment.
Schedule and organize interviews
