For more than ten years I have worked as an electrical design engineer, which has enabled me to develop excellent design skills. I am now looking for a new challenge that will provide me with the opportunity to further develop my career.

Key Result Areas:
Designing of Power Transformer for bid/tender:
 Competitive bid/tender Design to fulfil customer requirement.
 Ensuring timely submission of offers /clarifications /documentation to the Mkt/Customer.
 Carrying out Costing as per tender design through ERP system.
Designing of Power Transformer for work order:
 Carrying out Design of Power Transformers as per work order.
 Design for electrical component parts for assigned jobs/work order.
 Develops bills of materials to permit advance purchase of needed materials.
 Set up proper coordination with Purchase, Marketing and Production for achieving on time
delivery.
 Co-ordination with purchase team to search and develop new vendors.
 Prepares winding sheets and other manufacturing drawings.
 Works closely with members of the drafting and manufacturing sections and with marketing for
customer requirements.
 Works closely with customers to assess the customer’s conditions and needs for a particular
transformer and ensures those conditions and needs are met as drawings are prepared, amended
and revised.
 Generates all required paperwork for the complete design and testing of transformers as well as
the test reports with regard to transformers designed and manufactured.
 Participate in customer discussion during tender and drawing approval stage for resolving any
technical issues, so as to have drawing approval at earliest.
 Evaluation and adjustment of the new design and detail drawings to ensure practical completion
while adhering to customer standards for usage and bottom line expenditure.
 Execute Engineering & Production reviews in order to produce error free designs, reliable products
and improve the overall efficiency of the Unit.
 Ensure continual improvement by use of standardization and value engineering.
 Strives to acquire the skills to design complicated transformers.
 Participate in software development & validation.
Designing of Control Scheme:
 Familiar with industry standards governing the design and manufacture of various types of
transformers.
 I have Ability to understand functioning of control devices and logic.
 Read and understand customer specifications, select accessories including suitable gauges and
instruments per those specifications.
 Provide technical support to shop staff and customers.
 Confer with sales, manufacturing, and other engineering personnel to clarify information or
resolve problems.
 Prepare accurate drawings including schematics, point to point and layouts.
 Generate Bills of Material (BOM) for all material and accessories needed in a design package,
 Generate material purchase requests as required for material that is not stocked or advance ordered.
 Complete design activities in accordance with schedule requirements.
 Inspection and testing of control panels as per scheme.
 On site resolve site related issues against customer new requirement at site.
