I’m 24 years of well experience pastry chef. During the journey I ware work for many hotels/ restaurant/ bakery and cafes . From that paul bakery and cafe worldwide concept, I was working with them 8 years and my position was pastry chef .
Next concept C HOUSE MILANO restaurant also very well developing brand all over the gulf and Asian country’s , I was worked as consultant pastry chef for some country’s to open the brand .
In Bharain I wear created the brand and name is al Bustanis cafe and bakery , I wear work as head pastry chef and my job responsibilities is training the staff and creating new recipes as for brand needs . It was very succeeded.
I started my career in 1996 as a kitchen helper at golden beach hotel srilanka , then I joined 1997 club hotel Dolphin srilanka as a 3rd commi pastry cook till 2001, then I has been traveled to Maldivis reethi beach hotel resort as a 1st commi cook , worked till 2004 December . During the 4 years of period I has been promoted Demi che de partie/ chef de partie with great success of my life.
2004 December 16th , I traveled to Baharain Alsaffer hotel as pastry in charge and work with them almost one year . Then I got opportunity to join the paul cafe and bakery franchise company as head pastry chef and work with them 8 years.
Then I joined with the partner's Italian restaurant as head consultant pastry chef developed brand new menu and train the staff .
Next concept is all Bustanis, as I mentioned below I’m the one created this brand .
Then I joined C HOUSE MILANO Italian concept and open Bangaladesh alskhobar saudi .
2021 November I joined with alhokair Saudi Arabia as a corporate pastry chef for 3 branded cafe and restaurant ( kave duniyasi/ cafe do glasi/ Consarto restaurant) after developed the this 3 brand .
now I’m presently working for Merkaz cafe to develop brand in saudi riyadh.
Successful completed culinary diploma and Backery science course
Also kindly note that , I have developed many local brands cafes with menus changes trine staff, which is not mentioned in my Cv .
I have a completed pastry bakery ZILNDIY product training in *Holland 2011 *.
Also I have a completed HACCP 1-2 and basic Higihn courses
