  • Thorough working knowledge of International Codes and Standards, specifically ASME and API Codes/practices, and specifications associated with all types of static/rotating equipment and piping.
  • Conversant with various phases of inspection as per ITP, WTP, QCP, and various standards for inspection (AISC, ASME, ASTM, AWS, etc.).
  • Carry out Intermediate & Final Inspection as per RFI at various stages.
  • Conversant with Inspection of CS, SS, LTCS & LAS piping jobs.
  • ASNT Level II with hands-on experience in Welding Inspection & knowledge of Welding Processes like SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, and SAW.
  • Arranging & attending meetings with client/consultant/sub-contractors.
  • Expertise in Erection Methodology.
  • Inspection and Alignment of structure, gantry girders, EOT Crane/Rail.
  • Roofing & Cladding methodology of polyurethane panels, track deck/galvalume sheets ss-2000/standing

high rib seam sheeting along with fiberglass insulation & its quality inspection.

  • Installation of Accessories like Ridge & Turbo Ventilators, Skylight, Louvers Fixing, Rolling Shutters, Structural Glazing, Fire Doors, Cage Ladders, etc.
  • Inspection of painting and sandblasting work.
  • Anchor bolt casting method and inspection.
  • Arrangement of Gp2 grouting & its methodology.
  • Material inspection as per required specifications and standards.

التعليم

  • Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering - 2006-2009 - Passed with 1st Class from AIMS Institute of Management & Technology Bangalore-Karnataka-India.
  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering - 2003-2006 - Passed with 1st Class from Board of Technical Education Bangalore-Karnataka-India.  

INTERNATIONAL CERTIFICATION 

  • CSWIP 3.1 L-II Welding Inspector - TWI-(UK) Completed In 2015 & Valid Up to 2020, Certificate No. 105027.
  • ANST/NDT L-II [UT, PT, RT, MPT, VT] Completed in 2011 & Valid Up to 2025- Alpha NDT Training Hyderabad
  • Process Piping Design & Engineering - ASME B31.3 from IPEBS Institute of Piping Engineering in-2007
