I have started my career in Human Resources Development as Administrator, where I introduced a competency based framework that enforced systematic and sustainable growth. later moved to a Sr. HR Officer role where I took responsibility of setting-up all personnel procedures in the remote areas of Oman.

I has held strategic roles such as; Personnel & Administration affairs officer, Sr. HR Officer & Manager HR & Admin, Public Relation & HR Director.

I has been involved as a key player in all stages of the HR Cycle throughout the Formation, Transition, Transformation and Stabilization of HR Functions.
