I am K V Rao , M.Pharmacy (Pharmaceutical technology ) , PhD ( Pharmaceutics ) , having 22+ years experience in Formulation development R&D for Regulated markets i.e US ANDA and EU markets including NDA filings , 505 b2 , Para IV filings , NDDS and also having experience in differentiated products with innovative and non - infringement product technologies .  

I have 22 + years experience in Formulation development for Regulated markets . Presently last 6 years I am working with National Pharmaceutical Industries , Muscat - Oman as Sr.Vice President - R&D , since more than 14 years I am in leadership role position in Formulation R&D , ADL , Packaging development , Technology transfers , Process development labs , regulatory affairs and production manufacturing operations . 

Last 14 years I am in leadership role position for cross cultural across the global organizations and I can show my leadership skills in any part of the world with my technical and personal knowledge about cross cultural sensibilities and ease in understanding and fast track learning skills of personal up gradation towards people management skills .
