Monitoring inward and outward movement of the shipment

• Preparing Inventory reports on monthly basis

• Co-coordinating with Storekeeper for GIDR, slow moving Parts

• Sending GRN & Stock Transfer Report to Ops Manager on daily basis

• Conduct Wall to Wall count on every 6 Months in PDO Site.

• Monitor the purchasing cycle starting from the demand, and ending with the receiving at W/H, Insuring the proper work flow and documentation for receiving and payment including the terms and conditions agreed with the seller based on the company policy.

• Creating, negotiating, forwarding & management of contracts in sourcing of key services like, products and supplies, consumables and recurring purchases, catering services, security services, heavy equipment rentals and purchases, warehouse supplies, building maintenance etc.

• Preparing R.F.Q' s and sending to suppliers, receiving prices and specification in order to prepare comparison based on prices, technical specifications, delivery and certifications if necessary.
