Dear I have a very experience at all types of machines and all types of presicion jobs. 

I  also  involved  in  reading  and  interpreting  blueprints,  sketches,  drawings,  manuals,  specifications,  which includes  sample  parts  to  determine  dimensions  and  tolerances  of  finished  work  pieces,  sequence  of operations  and  setup  requirements.    Detecting  malfunctions  or  out-of-tolerance  machining,  and  adjusts machine  controls  as  required.    I  also  involved  in  aligning,  and  secure  holding  fixtures,  cutting  tools, attachments, accessories, and materials on machines such as mills, lathes, jig borers, grinders, and shapers. I have working knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerance (GD & T).

I have required skills Ability to read and interpret documents such as blueprints, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, SOP and my work includes delivering the required work within the required SLA (Service level Agreement) according to the needs of customers and procedure manuals.

• Machining of Turbine Shafts, Pump Shafts , All types of spare parts and repairing of oil field equipment  like  BOP,  Pumps  housing,  Christmas   Tree  equipment,  pumps,  valves,  drilling equipment etc. Turbine parts, Diaphragms.

•              All  types  of  API  (Drill  collars)  connections,  Pup  joint  connections,  PBL  tools, ACME connections etc.
