Working as an operations supervisor in the field of scaffolding and thermal insulation in OQ
projects (Sohar) , where I follow up all operations according to schedules and implementation
stages. 
Discuss the challenges facing the team during work and find appropriate solutions in order to
improve the efficiency of operational processes in order to raise the level of productivity. 
Ensure that all operations are performed as required according to the specified rules. 
Attend daily meetings to discuss progress of operations and review results. 
Standing periodically to improve the efficiency level for operators in order to reach a better
level of productivity. 
Verification and follow-up of thermal insulation operations in the refinery and their conformity
with the required standards. 
Ensure and follow up the process of erecting and removing scaffolding according to the
required engineering standards
Using SAP application to open and close daily tasks as a permit holder.
