Hi,

I am writing to outline my experience in payroll management, recruitment support, induction & orientation, compensation & benefit and training management. I believe I possess strong & excellent academic standing with skills in relationship development, cross-functional coordination & operational management in most dynamic and challenging environments. 

I am an extremely efficient and diligent HR management professional. My core competencies include providing recruitment support, imparting training to entrants, employee development, supervision along with payroll administration. I have diverse functional expertise, with a proven track record in end to end Payroll Processing & Benefit Administration including Income Tax, PF, PT, ESIC & MLWF and incorporating data on SAP. I have showcased expertise in management of compensation & benefit, full and final settlement processing and conduct of exit interview.

As you will note from my enclosed resume, in my current & previous roles I have been successfully devising & executing training & development programmes as per the requirements of the employees managing recruitment process, payroll and other data online on SAP. I possess sound networking & interpersonal skills with the skill to interact with people from diverse backgrounds and build lasting relationships.
