    Position Overview

    Based at BanoPuratos in Oman, we are currently seeking a:

    Sales Manager

    (Muscat, Oman)

    To proactively manage a business comprised of artisan, Machineries, large accounts and customer service. Responsible to ensure excellent service delivery leading to customer satisfaction and retention.

    Key Accountabilities

    • Develop profitable and sustainable sales growth for total sales.
    • Maintain full understanding of the customers' end user markets, their important customers, and their main competitors.
    • Establish and strengthen customer relationships with decision makers across functions and regions.
    • Provide sales forecast for different products to avoid expired products within the warehouse.
    • Investigate, track and resolve customer and client concerns; identify trends and implement solutions.
    • Manage the sales team to establish strong customer relationships in growing customer's business by using our solution and products.
    • Planning, managing and measuring work abilities.
    • Keep strong communication lines open with management.
    • Responsible to prepare annual sales and expenses budgets.
    • Retain and grow your assigned business including meeting or exceeding up sell targets.
    • Guide the sales team into managing and developing a solid sales force.
    • Guide the Demonstrator Chef and manage the activity of the Innovation Centre as a sales and marketing tool.
    • Responsible to collect payments from accounts in accordance with company policies and follow up the necessary to reconcile and recover payment variances.
    • Gather market information regarding market trends, competitive activity and requirements for the development of new and existing products.
    • Lead, develop, motivate and manage a team of members to ensure that sales and collection target are met.
    • Promote safe and health working environment within the company.

    Profile

    • Degree/Master in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
    • Min 10-12 years of experience in related field.
    • Computer literate
    • Fluent in Arabic and English
    • Good communication, resilient and result-oriented.
    • Able to communicate in English, Mandarin and local dialect.
    • Strong interpersonal and organization skills.
    • Process great listening skill.
    • Strong leadership and problem-solving skill.
    • A strategist with strong analytical skill.
    • Manage customer needs and expectations.
