    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and produce comprehensive
      structural and civil design drawings
      in line with project requirements and international standards.
    • Conduct
      structural analysis and load calculations
      , ensuring safety, feasibility, and compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
    • Prepare and review
      BOQs, technical reports, design notes, and method statements
      .
    • Coordinate closely with site engineers, project managers, and other technical teams to resolve
      design-related issues
      during project execution.
    • Please make sure that all design outputs are accurate, efficient, and delivered within the required timelines.
    • Update and modify designs when necessary, based on site conditions or client instructions.

    Required Qualifications & Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in
      Civil Engineering
      .
    • Minimum
      3 years of experience
      in civil/structural design within
      construction or contracting companies
      .
    • Strong knowledge of
      international design standards
      and local regulations.
    • Proficiency in the following software is required:
    • AutoCAD
      (detailed construction drawings)
    • ETABS & SAFE
      (structural analysis and concrete design)
    • STAAD.Pro
      (structural analysis and design)
    • Revit / BIM
      (preferred for 3D modeling and coordination)
    • Microsoft Office
      (reporting and documentation)

    Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
    • Excellent coordination and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and collaboratively within a team.
    • High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality.
