    Job Title:

    VP, Information & Digital Solutions (IDS)

    Job Summary:

    The successful candidate will lead and manage the team and activities for Information & Digital Solutions at OQ8 under delegated authority from Chief PT&C. They will act as an IT Integrated Service provider & internal consultant for IDS requirements, as owner of all Information & Digital Solutions strategy and solutions for OQ8.

    Main Tasks And Responsibilities:

    1. Develops OQ8 Information & Digital Solutions (IDS) strategy in line with corporate strategic directions.
    2. Translate OQ8 business requirements into action, ensuring alignment with Corporate Information & Digital Solutions (IDS) plans.
    3. Lead and manage the team for the development and execution of Information & Digital Solutions (IDS) at OQ8.
    4. Align OQ8 Information & Digital Solutions (IDS) with shareholders IDS standards.
    5. Member of shareholder's Information & Digital Solutions integrated IDS for synergies/alignment of IDS programs and initiatives.
    6. Executes IDS Corporate strategies in OQ8.
    7. Prepare IDS-relevant KPIs, monitor compliance, and report related to IDS performance.
    8. Develops OQ8– IDS-specific plans in line with shareholders and business units.
    9. Research critical areas for new IT business development and present to Chief PT&C.
    10. Support and cultivate an open innovation ecosystem for IDS OQ8 programs.
    11. Develops relevant IDS processes at OQ8 in alignment with corporate compliance.
    12. Cascade down the Corporate IDS culture in OQ8.

    Estimated Salary:

    $150,000 - $200,000 per year

    Education Requirements:

    1. Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business or Engineering.
    2. Master's degree in Computer Science or a similar business-related subject preferred.

    Language:

    Excellent knowledge of written, read, and spoken English (required) | Arabic - Native (desirable)

    Experience:

    Minimum 18 years' experience in leading/contributing to cross-functional project teams. 5+ years of relevant working experience.

    Technical Skills:

    • Computer Literacy including MS Office.
    • Understanding of full-stack platform concepts and technologies.
    • Defines product vision and strategically plans execution.
    • QA/QC Knowledge and product roadmap development.
    • Demonstrates advanced understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles.
    • Guides teams to adopt Agile and continuous improvement.
    • Contract Administration (Development/Review).
    • Ability to perform business and process analysis.
