Asst General Manager responsible for developing maintaining quality assurance procedures and management systems tailored to construction projects conducting site inspections and monitoring workmanship materials and processes for adherence to quality and safety standards reviewing design documents to identify constructability building envelope waterproofing and code compliance issues performing quality audits including internal external inspections and testing of construction activities managing nonconformance by issuing reports tracking corrective preventive actions enforcing resolution preparing documentation such as inspection reports submittal logs QAQC plans project closeout files training leading QAQC staff subcontractors project teams on quality protocols liaising with stakeholders clients regulators inspectors design teams on quality matters holding regular QA meetings issue minutes escalating unresolved issues senior management
