    Position:
    Procurement Manager (Individual Contributor Role)

    Location:
    Fujairah (On-site, 5 days/week)


    Summary:


    The role involves managing the entire procurement process — from reviewing purchase requests to finalizing purchase orders — ensuring compliance with company policies and budget.

    The candidate will coordinate with management, monitor procurement budgets, negotiate with suppliers, maintain records, and prepare regular reports. Strong knowledge of procurement in the Oil & Gas or petrochemical industry in the local is essential.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, or Business.
    10+ years of experience (3+ years in a managerial role).
    Must have Local experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Terminal Operations.
    Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
    Familiar with ERP systems (Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
    Candidates from India and Pakistan are excluded.
