    Job Overview:
    We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Insurance Coordinator to join our team.

    The ideal candidate will manage the full cycle of insurance operations from verification and pre-authorization to claims submission and reconciliation, ensuring smooth coordination between patients, insurance companies, and internal departments.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Verify patients' insurance coverage and benefits prior to treatment.
    Obtain pre-approvals and authorizations for medical and dental procedures.
    Ensure accurate documentation and coding of services before claim submission.
    Submit insurance claims promptly and follow up on pending or rejected claims.
    Maintain updated knowledge of insurance policies, coverage limits, and procedures.
    Coordinate with doctors, reception, and billing teams for accurate data flow.
    Handle patient inquiries related to insurance coverage, approvals, and claims.
    Prepare and maintain insurance reports, reconciliations, and compliance records.
    Liaise with insurance companies for empanelment, negotiations, and issue resolution.


    Requirements:
    2–3 years of experience as an Insurance Coordinator in a medical or dental clinic (UAE experience required).
    Strong understanding of medical coding, billing, and insurance processes.
    Proficiency with MOH insurance portals and clinic management systems.
    Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
    High attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively.
    Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field preferred.
