    We are seeking a seasoned Mergers and Acquisitions professional to join our team in Muscat, Oman. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic growth through the execution of M&A projects and business development initiatives.

    Job Description:

    • M&A Project Management: Collaborate with our corporate leadership team to develop and execute M&A strategies, including due diligence, valuations, and internal communication.
    • Business Development: Assist in the development and implementation of our business development strategy, identifying material business opportunities and managing end-to-end business development processes.
    • Analysis & Reporting: Develop and maintain risk analysis of deals, provide expert inputs on post-merger integration planning, and build deal impact analysis.

    Requirements:

    • 7-8 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions
    • Excellent analytical and business skills, with knowledge of industry trends and macro-economics
    • Extensive experience in legal due diligence, deal document negotiations, and project management
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders

    Benefits and Salary: We offer an attractive salary package, which includes a competitive base salary of OMR 4,500 - OMR 6,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include health insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
