- MBBS and MS/DNB/equivalent in Ophthalmology completed.
- Prior expertise of a minimum of 4 to 6 years in the field post residency.
- Pearson VUE OMSB passed or willing to appear for it soon.
- Experts knowledge in the field of Ophthalmology.
- Good administrative and managerial abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
