- Diploma / Bachelor's in Nursing (GNM/B.Sc.) completed.
- Valid license to practice.
- OMSB ( Oman Medical Specialty Board ) Prometric exam passed (with minimum 60%) or willing to write.
- Dataflow process completed or under process or going to.
- Prior work experience as a Registered Nurse for a minimum of 3 to 5 years.
- Sound clinical knowledge.
- Ability to work under diverse conditions.
- Excellent patient management skills.
- Good communication skills.
