We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dairy Farm Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in farm management, strong leadership skills, and solid technical knowledge, coordinating dairy production, and ensuring the overall efficiency and profitability of the farm.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily farm operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Supervise, train, and motivate farm staff to achieve performance targets.
• Develop and monitor feeding programs and production plans.
• Administer proper medication to cows and calves, and manage food nutrition to maximize output.
• Ensure high-quality milk production, including milking procedures, milk handling, and quality control.
• Maintain accurate farm data and reports using digital tools and software.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree in Doctor of Veterinary , Animal Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in dairy farm management.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Proficient in computer applications (Excel, management software, etc.).
• Organized, reliable, and able to work independently.
