Job Function

To be responsible for various aspects of graphic designing in communicating and maintaining A'Sharqiyah University image and reputation to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Interpret business needs and develop concepts and designing ideas.
• Designing all official publication of the university upon request.
• Designing all promotional materials to the market which is requested by all ASU's departments.
• Assess and advise on timeframes for projects requested by other departments
• Designing all brochures, campaigns, events, cards, banners, posters, announcements, campaigns, advertisements, email shots, fliers, flash presentations, PowerPoint slides, backdrops and any other means of Marketing-communication, in a creative and artistic manner for both soft and hard copy. Ensure implementation of marketing policy.
• Developing the websites interface with coordination with ITS Department.
• Provide more creative and artistic options of a given concept.
• Participate in the development of general ideas of marketing to implement it in the reality.
• Convey University vision, mission and values in designs and artwork in a coherent and consistent manner
• Work with a wide range of media, including photography, computer-aided designs and relevant programs
• Create a positive image and reputation for the University
• develop interactive designs using existing and new programs
• Photography & videography during events
• Promote and enhance corporate branding in conferences, workshops, exhibitions, and other relevant internal and external events
• Support the Public Relations & Marketing team and supporting department activities.

Work on any other tasks assigned to him/her by line manager.

Experience

Practical experience is preferable in designing agency or corporate.

Skills

• Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and translate ideas into visually impactful presentations.
• Strong aesthetic sense coupled with advanced computer proficiency.
• Proven ability to meet strict deadlines and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in multicultural and multinational environments.
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Degree in Designing or relevant discipline
