- Analyze human relations and work-related problems, developing solutions that adhere to established policies and directives.
- Collaborate with management to address local employee relations matters, including terminations, investigations, and performance management, utilizing established procedures.
- Elevate critical issues that may impact legal compliance, ensuring adherence to applicable human resource regulations and provincial requirements.
- Closely align with business objectives, identifying opportunities to develop strategic solutions and drive growth.
- Support both office and field personnel, providing remote assistance as needed.

- Assist the HR function with various tasks, such as interviewing candidates, conducting exit interviews, data entry, and onboarding new hires.
- Perform other duties assigned as required.
- Omani Nationality is mandatory.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Recruitment.
- Extensive knowledge of Oman Labor Law is essential.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
- Excellent English proficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Possesses strong business acumen and polished communication skills.
- Demonstrates proactive problem-solving and analytical skills.
