    This position oversees the entire recruitment cycle, driving talent acquisition and onboarding processes. The HR Specialist will also support daily HR operations, fostering long-term strategic partnerships within the organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Provide expert HR advice and policy interpretation to employees and managers, resolving issues in a timely manner.
    2. Analyze human relations and work-related problems, developing solutions that adhere to established policies and directives.
    3. Collaborate with management to address local employee relations matters, including terminations, investigations, and performance management, utilizing established procedures.
    4. Elevate critical issues that may impact legal compliance, ensuring adherence to applicable human resource regulations and provincial requirements.
    5. Closely align with business objectives, identifying opportunities to develop strategic solutions and drive growth.
    6. Support both office and field personnel, providing remote assistance as needed.
    7. Contribute to team success by achieving related results in a collaborative and supportive environment.
    8. Assist the HR function with various tasks, such as interviewing candidates, conducting exit interviews, data entry, and onboarding new hires.
    9. Perform other duties assigned as required.

    Local Requirements:

    1. Omani Nationality is mandatory.
    2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Recruitment.
    3. Extensive knowledge of Oman Labor Law is essential.
    4. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
    5. Excellent English proficiency.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
