- Achieve sales targets assigned by the head of unit
- Comply with bank and regulatory policies
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Develop and implement sales plans, provide timely management information systems (MIS), and maintain attrition control
- Support branches to increase their retail asset/liability book
- Convert new clients in defined markets and industries, and identify potential customers to secure sales in line with the business plan
- Manage account relationships with existing customers to maximize account profitability within the bank's credit policy
- Establish relationships with new customers interested in borrowing and non-borrowing products
- Identify high-risk situations early and escalate them as necessary
- Meet with current and potential key bank customers to sustain and further ongoing profitable relationships
- Cross-sell bank products and services, including current accounts, finance products, takaful, cards, referrals to premier and private banking, etc.
- Represent the bank positively in the market and comply with anti-money laundering (AML) procedures
- Work as a team member and support other units within the bank
- Omani national
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the banking industry
