    Project Manager - PMO

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead the development of our PMO structure on a major urban development project.

    This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the delivery of a city-changing project, working closely with our team to develop and implement the PMO structure.

    About the Role

    • Job Title: Project Manager - PMO

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and deliver the strategy and business plan for the programme portfolio, ensuring consistency of policy, processes and procedures in line with group standards.
    • Lead, adapt and deliver the strategy and business plan for the programme portfolio, ensuring consistency of policy, processes and procedures in line with group standards.

    • Integrity - Always do the right thing: With full budgetary oversight, you will ensure operations are fiscally and ethically viable and meet organisational and legislative compliance obligations.
    • Create opportunity - For our people to excel: You will mentor, coach, and develop your project team, providing an environment to share knowledge and experience.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience working on city development, programme, projects.
    • Knowledge transfer and mentoring experience.
    • Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
    • Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills across the full range of multi-discipline services within the PMO environment.
    • Strong commercial acumen, along with ability to set both business and project strategies.

    Estimated salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum.
